Returns & Exchanges

At TOAST, we strive for perfection but understand that sometimes a piece isn't quite right. You have 28 days from receipt to return or exchange your items, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the completed returns form found inside your delivery box.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate a prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
